In this scorching summer, in order to enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of all employees of KW Steel, enrich the spare time life of employees, and at the same time, to fully relax everyone’s minds and bodies after intense work and enhance communication between leaders and colleagues, new and old employees, we further implement the company’s corporate vision and organizational culture construction. All the employees of KW Steel gathered in this summer to go to Thailand for a week-long team building and development activities.
We divided into three groups from Beijing Capital Airport. With everyone’s cheers and laughter along the way, everyone was in high spirits. An atmosphere of “family” was gradually formed in everyone’s conversation. This not only enhances the collective identity and corporate culture awareness of employees, but also achieves the corporate goal of caring for employees and making employees happy, reassuring and comfortable.
Under the leadership of the team leader, everyone tasted local specialties and learned about local culture, which enhanced everyone’s sense of experience. On the one hand, everyone sighed at the foreign customs, and on the other hand, they cultivated their sentiments, increased their knowledge, and relaxed their body and mind.
